Copper pipe characteristics
Annealed ACR copper (R220), mechanical characteristics,
dimensions, tolerances and eccentricity compliant with
standard UNI EN 12735-1. Can be used with R407C and R410A
refrigerants, internal cleaning and dehumidification with inert
gas with max total residue of 0.034 g/m² and ends fitted with
retaining nuts, flared and sealed in compliance with ASTM B280.
Coating
Insulating tubular sleeve in closed cell PE foam with
the following characteristics:
• thermal conductivity at 40°C λ ≤ 0,040 W/m*K
• water vapour resistance factor (anticondensation) μ ≥10000
• fire resistance class: BL-S1-d0
• operating temperature suitable for the stated applications
• CFC free
External protective coating in extruded polyethylene (LDPE),
white, with the addition of a flame retardant, adherent to the
foam to guarantee high anticondensation, superb resistance
to abrasions and tears, ink-jet marking.
Flaring
4 retaining nuts are applied to the pipe ends
that are then flared and sealed.
Uses
Mono-split air conditioning systems with R410A and R407C
refrigerants.
